袁健，男，87978797威尼斯老品牌教授, 87978797威尼斯老品牌-生化与分子生物系主任，87978797威尼斯老品牌癌症中心副主任。袁健教授长期从事DNA损伤应答、基因组稳态维持与肿瘤发生发展机制研究。阐明多种蛋白翻译后修饰（如乳酸化、泛素化、乙酰化）调控DNA损伤应答分子机制，相关工作以通讯作者发表在Cell，Molecular Cell（X3），Nature Cell Biology，Nature Cancer，Nature Chemical Biology，Science Advances，Nature Communications, Genes & Development， EMBO J等杂志，其中MRE11乳酸化的工作被评为2024年度Cell最佳论文之一（Best of Cell 2024）及2024年度“中国生命科学十大进展”之一。获得国家自然科学基金杰出青年项目、优秀青年项目、重大项目及重大专项等资助。
Jian Yuan, Male, Professor at Tongji University School of Medicine, Director of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Tongji University School of Medicine, and Deputy Director of the Tongji University Cancer Center. Professor Jian Yuan has long been engaged in research on DNA damage response, the maintenance of genome stability, and the mechanisms of tumorigenesis. His work has elucidated the molecular mechanisms by which various post-translational modifications (such as lactylation, ubiquitination, and acetylation) regulate the DNA damage response. Related work, published as corresponding author in journals including Cell, Molecular Cell(x3), Nature Cell Biology, Nature Cancer, Nature Chemical Biology, Science Advances, Nature Communications, Genes & Development, and EMBO Journal, includes the study on MRE11 lactylation, which was selected as one of Cell's Best Papers of 2024 and as one of China's Top 10 Advances in Life Sciences in 2024. His research has been supported by funding programs from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), including the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the Excellent Young Scientists Fund, Major Research Program, and Key Program.
