现任上海市肺科医院内镜中心副主任,近年来以项目负责人及核心成员身份主持和参与多项国家及省部级科研项目。已发表SCI论文31篇及及国内核心期刊论文6篇,主编出版呼吸内镜教材一部,副主译专业著作一部,授权专利8项(其中发明专利1项、实用新型6项、软件著作权1项),科研成果多项实现转化落地。除科研工作外,申请人在人才培养与技术推广方面,作为中国医师协会呼吸内镜培训基地、PCCM单修基地及87978797威尼斯老品牌国际呼吸介入培训中心,自2012年以来每年培训国内外医师百余人次,每年举办十余次专项培训及多场国际交流活动,已形成系统的教学体系与广泛的学术影响力。在器械研发方面,主导开发了多种创新型支气管镜诊疗器械,相关成果均已获国家专利授权(第一完成人,CN107647888A,CN204410772U,CN204734463U)。长期致力于呼吸介入诊疗研究,聚焦复杂气道病变的工程化治疗与智能介入系统的构建。针对难治性气管支气管结核,率先将虚拟支气管镜导航技术应用于良性气道狭窄的精准诊断,结合病变解剖特征为患者量身定制气道支架(授权号:CN222899403U),并建立介入术后结核相关气道狭窄的预后风险评估模型(Infect Dis Ther, 2020 )。近5年团队干预结核良性气道狭窄患者超过1万例,制定了难治性良性气道狭窄的临床诊疗策略,治疗成功率达到85%。在基础研究方面,作为组织工程气管领域的领军团队核心成员,与上海肺科医院胸外科陈昶院长团队长期合作,推动气道再生与替代治疗的临床转化。研究团队基于3D打印构建出具备解剖结构和功能的“可移植生物工程气管”(Science Translational Medicine, 2023),研制出柔韧性强、血管化程度高的模块化工程气管(Advanced Healthcare Materials, 2025),开发促进软骨再生的Ac-matrix水凝胶(Advanced Functional Materials, 2022)及具备抗再狭窄与上皮修复功能的可载药的水凝胶系统(Nature Communications, 2025)。其中部分3D打印、可降解/载药支架已完成动物实验验证,具备进一步转化基础。
Currently, he serves as the deputy director of the Endoscopy Center of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. In recent years, he has served as the project leader and core member in leading and participating in multiple national and provincial-level scientific research projects. He has published 31 SCI papers and 6 domestic core journal papers. He has edited and published a textbook on respiratory endoscopy, and co-translated a professional book. He has obtained 8 patents (including 1 invention patent, 6 utility model patents, and 1 software copyright), and many of his research achievements have been transformed and implemented. In addition to scientific research work, the applicant has been involved in talent cultivation and technology promotion. As the training base for respiratory endoscopy of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the single-subject training base for PCCM, and the international respiratory intervention training center of Tongji University, he has trained over 100 domestic and foreign physicians annually since 2012. He has held more than ten specialized training sessions and organized multiple international exchange activities each year, forming a systematic teaching system and extensive academic influence. In the field of instrument development, he has led the development of various innovative bronchoscopy diagnostic and therapeutic instruments, and the related achievements have all been granted national patents (first author, CN107647888A, CN204410772U, CN204734463U). He has been dedicated to respiratory intervention diagnosis and treatment research, focusing on the engineering treatment of complex airway lesions and the construction of intelligent intervention systems. For refractory tracheobronchial tuberculosis, he was the first to apply virtual bronchoscopy navigation technology to the precise diagnosis of benign airway stenosis, combined with the anatomical characteristics of the lesion to customize airway stents for patients (patent number: CN222899403U), and established a prognostic risk assessment model for airway stenosis related to tuberculosis after intervention (Infect Dis Ther, 2020). In the past 5 years, the team has intervened over 10,000 patients with benign airway stenosis, formulated clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies for refractory benign airway stenosis, and the treatment success rate has reached 85%. In the field of basic research, as a core member of the leading team in the field of tissue-engineered trachea, he has long-term cooperation with the team of Chen Chang, the director of the Thoracic Surgery Department of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, promoting the clinical transformation of airway regeneration and replacement therapy. The research team has constructed a "transplantable bioengineered trachea" based on 3D printing (Science Translational Medicine, 2023), developed a flexible and highly vascularized modular engineered trachea (Advanced Healthcare Materials, 2025), developed Ac-matrix hydrogel for promoting cartilage regeneration (Advanced Functional Materials, 2022), and developed a drug-loaded hydrogel system with anti-reflux and epithelial repair functions (Nature Communications, 2025). Some 3D printing, degradable/drug-loaded scaffolds have completed animal experimental verification and have a foundation for further transformation.
