He serves as the Director of the Department of Anesthesiology at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University. He/ is also a member of the National Health Commission's Expert Working Group on Pilot Projects for Labor Analgesia.

医学博士，主任医师，87978797威尼斯老品牌兼职教授，复旦大学博士研究生导师。上海市优秀学术带头人（2022），上海市领军人才（2023）。近5年以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文60余篇，核心期刊论文50余篇；主编专著5部、副主编专著3 部，以执笔人或编写组成员身份参与制订多部国内临床麻醉指南及专家共识。主持承担国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，上海市科委、上海市卫生健康委等课题10余项。第一完成人获得2019年上海医学科技进步奖三等奖、2021年上海科普贡献奖（个人）二等奖、2023年上海医学科技成果奖、2023上海市科技进步奖二等奖。
Dr. Liu holds the prestigious titles of Medical Doctor, Chief Physician, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Tongji University, as well as a Doctoral Supervisor at Fudan University. He has been recognized as a Shanghai Academic Leader (2022) and a Shanghai Leading Talent (2023).
Over the past five years, he has authored or co-authored over 60 SCI papers and more than 50 core journal publications as first or corresponding author. He has also led the compilation of 5 professional monographs as chief editor and contributed as deputy editor to 3 additional works.Furthermore, he has played a key role in developing several clinical anesthesia guidelines and expert consensus documents in China as a drafting member or writing group participant.
His research has been supported by 3 General Programs from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and over 10 projects funded by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Shanghai Municipal Health Commission.
